The content writing position requires the ability to
interview our clients, research the client's industry, and create
written content for the client's site that meets with the customer's satisfaction.

Heritage Web Solutions needs
to test your skills
to make certain our
customers are receiving the
best results possible. As such,
we've developed this
simple testing process
as outlined below. This
process covers the content
writing contractor position: |

be 18 years old, and a U.S. citizen
to apply. |

As a freelance
writer for
Heritage Web
Solutions, you
are required to
perform a content
interview with
a customer and then
write
appropriate text.
In order to evaluate
your skills, we ask that
you submit
sample interview
questions, as
well as a
writing sample
on a subject that we
provide. The "Download
the Test Files" link
will download one ZIP
file containing the
information that you
need to get started.

| Write the Content |

|
We ask that you
complete two
samples. The
first sample “Interview
Test,” will help us
determine how well you
will do in drawing
information out of a
customer. The second
sample “Writing Sample,”
will help us determine
how suited you are to
write web text. As we
examine your writing
sample, we will be
looking for:

- Creativity
-
Spelling/Grammar/Style/Consistency
- The Use of
Keywords
|

After completing the
interview and writing
sections, you'll need to:

- Make sure all of
your files are
presenting as you
had intended.
- ZIP
up your files
(including the
directory structure)
using a program that
will provide you
with a .ZIP
or .RAR extension.
- Fill out
the form by
clicking the
"Submit The Finished
Test" link above
and
attach your ZIPPED
file in for
consideration.
